The Emirates Youth Leadership Training program is designed for an exclusive group of individuals who are committed to taking their leadership skills to the next level.

This is a practical program that has been developed with input from top experts in leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Therefore it is guaranteed to help you reach your goals. You will also get a chance to practice the new strategies and techniques with direct feedback from your coaches and mentors.

Emirates Youth Leadership Program is the result of working with over 5,000 young Emiratis and understanding their needs, desires, goals, dreams, and also what skills they need to be able to show up as world-class leaders and influencers. From September 2018 to December 2019, the UAE Federal Youth Authority gave COACH KARDAN an opportunity to conduct monthly workshops at several youth hubs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Ajman and as a result of over 30 powerful workshops, this program was initiated for the youth, by the youth and with the vision, innovation and relentless effort of its founder COACH KARDAN. This program is aligned with the UAE Centennial 2071 plan, a vision for the next 50 years. We are grateful for all the support we are receiving from many governments and semi-government entities including the national archive in Abu Dhabi for sponsoring their Emirati employees who want to step up and become better leaders for the future of the UAE and the Crown Prince Court in Abu Dhabi who has been a major sponsor to several ambitious Emiratis who graduated from this program. We are also thankful to the University of Sharjah, UAE University, Zayed University, Knowledge Summit, the Gulf News, and Emirates Literature Festival for giving us the opportunity to showcase and represent this program in a professional way.

COACH KARDAN is the master trainer and the main coach for this program. His expertise and experience of over 15,000 hours of speaking training internationally will impact you massively. He will share with you some very powerful tools and strategies and will support you in accomplishing your goals and dreams. In addition, you will be connected with a positive like-minded peer group of incredible individuals who are all hungry for success and will encourage you and challenge you to produce outstanding results.

For virtual events, we suggest that you participate using a computer/tablet (not by smartphone). Have your manual and journal with you to take notes. Also, be in a quiet place with no interruptions, and a stable Wi-Fi in order to get the best results.

For in-person training sessions please bring your manual and journal with you to take notes.

You must be a UAE national, or one of your parents must be an Emirati. You must be between 18 to 38 years old to be eligible for attending this program.

You must understand and speak English and Arabic. This program will be delivered mainly in English and some speakers will deliver their content in Arabic.

The fee for the Emirates Youth Leadership is 3 monthly installments of AED 9,976 + VAT per person. Payment can be settled by credit card or by bank transfer.

Save AED 2,928 + VAT and make one full payment of AED 27,000 + VAT payment must be settled by bank transfer only.

Yes. If you are an employee, you can communicate with your HR or managers to support your leadership development training. We can issue the invoice under your company’s name along with your name and admission number. If you are a student, you may communicate with your university and they might be able to sponsor you, or you can also ask your parents to be your sponsor.
