Participants in the Emirates Youth Leadership Program (EYL) agree to the following terms and conditions:

By enrolling in the Emirates Youth Leadership program (hereinafter “EYL”) conducted by Step Up International FZC (SUI), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Must be a UAE national or have at least one Emirati parent.

1. Age between 18-38.

2. Proficient in English; program conducted primarily in English with some sessions in Arabic.

3. Must have a ZOOM account (Download the recent version here)

4. Participants must attend the sessions via computer or tablet, not a phone.

5. Participants must attend sessions from a quiet place with no interruptions and stable Wi-Fi.

6. Cameras must be turned on during all LIVE virtual sessions.

7. Respectful conduct towards other participants is mandatory.

The Emirates Youth Leadership program is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and includes the following:

• 24 virtual LIVE training sessions, each lasting 2 hours
• A digital training manual
• A comprehensive measurement system
• Direct feedback from coaches and mentors
• A certification of achievement

The fee for the Emirates Youth Leadership program can be paid in two options:

Option One: Full Payment of AED 9,999 + VAT, which must be settled by bank transfer or credit/debit card payment.

Option Two: Monthly Installments of AED 1,500 + VAT which must be settled by credit/debit card payment.

Non-payment of fees: Non-payment of fees may result in the withholding of attendance at training sessions and access to the members' portal.

NOTE: The sessions are not recorded for participants' review. If you miss a session, you also won’t have access to the slides and the recording of that session.

1. In the event that you decide to withdraw from the program, by the terms of this Agreement, you must provide notice to SUI at the email address: info@stepupint.com. Please state the reasons for the decision to withdraw.
2. In the event that you cancel after attending one whole month of the program, there will be NO REFUND, and you will be charged 100% of the program fees. However, if you cancel within the first month of attending the program due to a lack of satisfaction with the quality of the program, SUI will charge you a cancellation fee of five hundred AED 500. This fee will be due at the time of cancellation and will be deducted from payments already made. All remaining amounts of money that have not been expended will be returned to you within thirty (30) days from the day of your cancellation. Please note that you agree and acknowledge that the cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. There will be NO REFUND for the monthly installment payment. When you pay the amount of AED 1,500 + VAT for two virtual coaching sessions per month, these sessions are only valid for the month that you paid for. If you miss a session, you can’t transfer this session to the next month.
4. If your card is not successfully processed through our payment gateway within seven days, your participation in the Emirates Youth Leadership program will be canceled automatically. You will need to reapply to the program.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT AGREEMENT. This Agreement is for being accepted to participate in the Emirates Youth Leadership (EYL) training program conducted by Step Up International FZC (SUI).

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website and the EYL portal, as well as EYL training sessions, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SUI, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

2. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / LIMITATIONS ON USE

A. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age or an emancipated minor and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms and Conditions and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are provided a password to access the EYL portal, then that password is for your personal use only unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.

B. Participants should refrain from creating unauthorized social media groups using EYL or SUI names.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY / MEMBERSHIP SITE / CONDUCT

A. For products or services that you purchase from us that are delivered through a download link, you will be given a URL to access and download the product(s) you purchased. In such instances, you agree not to share the download link with other people who did not purchase the product(s).

B. For products or services that you purchase from us that are delivered through the EYL portal, you will be given a username and password to access the course materials and tools. In such instances, you agree not to share your login information with others who did not purchase the product(s). You will not sell access to this program or duplicate and sell any of its content without written permission.

C. Where applicable, the EYL portal and content are only for informational purposes. It is not intended to provide specific medical, legal, commercial, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Use of the information on the EYL portal and this website is at your own risk.

D. Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, you may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance.

E. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any portion of EYL without notice or liability.

F. You affirm, represent, and warrant that your participation in EYL and the content you submit do not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism. You also represent and warrant that the content you submit does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. SUI reserves the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. SUI further reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for violating this provision.

G. You understand and agree not to provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual, or to provide misleading or false content.

H. You agree that any ideas, suggestions, or improvements that you provide to SUI about SUI's products or services shall be owned by SUI and that SUI is free to include such ideas in future products without compensation to you.

I. You hereby warrant that you own any information you submit to SUI through this website, the EYL portal, online LIVE sessions, and in-person sessions and that you have the necessary authority to submit such information. You hereby grant SUI a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use any suggestions, ideas, and information that you provide to SUI.

4. PRIVACY

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how SUI collects, uses, and discloses personally identifiable information from its users. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference as part of these Terms and Conditions.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All materials, information, software, products, and services included in or available through EYL content are provided and are available for your use. The EYL content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SUI and its agents do not warrant that the EYL content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that this website and the EYL portal will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the EYL content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this website and the EYL portal is solely at your risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY>

You hereby release and discharge SUI from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have for any damages arising out of your participation in the EYL training program, even if caused by the negligence of SUI, either active or passive.

7. AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

You agree not to, at any time now or in the future, institute any lawsuit or cause of action against SUI or have anyone else claim on your behalf, or initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages in respect to any loss or damage due to your participation in the sessions and following the instruction and guidance of your coach/trainer.

8. APPLICABLE LAW/WAIVER OF TRIAL/VENUE HEADINGS

You agree that this Release shall be subject to the laws of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (the Laws), and the Laws shall apply to issues involving the construction, interpretation, and validity of the Release and that the Laws shall govern any dispute arising from or related to this Release or the activities covered by this Release. Should this Release be violated and suit be brought against any of the Releases, you hereby waive your right to a trial. The headings used throughout this Release are for convenience only and have no significance in the correlation of the body of the Release.

9. WAIVER OF RIGHTS

You agree that it is your responsibility to look at the program schedule and to manage your schedule to attend. It is also your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the recent software, including ZOOM, for the virtual training sessions and have access to proper Wi-Fi with clear audio and video on your computer and other devices prior to each online training session. Your transportation costs must be covered by you for the in-person training sessions. You understand that SUI will determine the content of the training sessions and activities offered by its employees and contractors at its discretion. By signing this Agreement, you agree that these training sessions are not psychological counseling, relationship counseling, financial advising, estate planning, or any other type of advice or therapy session. You acknowledge that if you feel you need professional counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional. You agree that SUI and its employees and contractors are not financial advisors, investment advisors, brokers, or dealers, and no content provided by either the training or the training course materials is intended as any advice, and SUI does not recommend any particular investment. You understand that prior to and during participation in any training sessions at EYL, you shall receive communications to prepare you for your sessions. You warrant the thoroughness and completeness of any training you receive by voluntarily participating in EYL.

10. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

For valuable consideration received, you hereby grant EYL, SUI, its legal representatives, and assignees (hereinafter collectively referred to as the photographer) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video images of you which may be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium in any jurisdiction, to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same. This includes any uses that the photographer deems necessary or desirable. You hereby release the photographer from all claims and liability relating to any photographs or video images of you.

11. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

EYL and SUI reserve the right to cancel the training sessions and/or refuse a member from participating in the program for any reason. You acknowledge that the date and times of the training sessions may be changed for any reason, including, without limitation, a public holiday.

WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF ANY RIGHT THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM FOR LOSS OF ANY KIND AGAINST THE RELEASEES. IF ANY ATTEMPT FOR A CLAIM IS MADE, YOU UNDERSTAND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DEFENSE COSTS INCURRED BY THE RELEASE.

Additional Terms

1. Participants must fully commit to the program by attending all sessions, completing assignments, and reporting their progress within the measurement system.
2. Participants may be invited to attend additional in-person LIVE events as a special privilege. Please note that additional charges may apply.
3. Interested participants may explore full-time or part-time job opportunities. Positions are not guaranteed, and selected candidates will undergo a probationary period before final consideration.
4. Participants must successfully complete a minimum of 20 sessions within the program's timeline to qualify for final certification.
5. Recording of sessions (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
6. Sessions are not open to public streaming.
7. All session materials and copyrights belong to Step Up International (SUI).
8. You acknowledge that you are not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees, or representations made by SUI or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of SUI unless it is in writing and expressly made in this Agreement.
9. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the program.
10. Participants must adhere to high ethical standards, avoiding any behavior that could damage the reputation of EYL or SUI.
11. During the program and for a period of twelve (12) months following its termination for any reason, you agree not to engage, directly or indirectly, as an employee, consultant, contractor, partner, shareholder, or in any other capacity in any business that competes with SUI's business conducted during the program, within any geographic area in which the company operates. You acknowledge that these restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect the company's legitimate interests and do not impose undue hardship on you. Furthermore, during the same period, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or encourage any SUI employee to terminate their relationship with SUI. You also agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit business from any clients or customers with whom you had substantial contact during the program.

By participating in the Emirates Youth Leadership Program, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
